| We are a takeout Chinese Restaurant located in Andover, MA. How are we different from rest of the Chinese restaurants around here? Here is a comment that we have been repeatedly getting: “You guys are as good as the best Chinese restaurants in New York City and California.” What is our secret? There is no secret. The Following is a few things that we would like to share with our customers. |
It is our belief that
the best taste of food starts with the best quality of raw materials, and we
stick to it firmly. We also believe that the freshness of the raw materials
contributes significantly to the good taste of the food. Thus at TEATONE if a
material is not fresh it is simply not used. When we cook, a small wok over a
strong flame produces an extremely high temperature that seals the juicy natural
flavor inside the food. Food cooked this way when mixed with our delicious house
special sauces has the best taste possible. Moreover, how to eat healthy is a
great concern of today’s people. At TEATONE we use only soybean oil for
cooking, which contains significant amount of healthy unsaturated oil. For
people who prefer absolutely no oil we offer steamed dishes. Another important
thing that we do at TEATONE is to meet our customers’ special request whenever
possible. If you prefer to leave certain ingredients out of your food,
substitute items, or add some your favorite things, just let us know when you
are placing your order.
We shall strive to maintain the quality of our food and service, and would
